🛑 All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a pattern file has been delivered via email or download, the customer gains full access to the design and instructions, and we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstance.
⚠️ Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if there is a technical issue caused by our platform (e.g., a broken download link or inaccessible file). These issues must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.
